Dream Designs use bounded research and creation budgets, stop deterministically, and preserve enough capacity to deliver a useful dossier.

Export and deletion endpoints exist on the API (`POST /v1/me/export`, `DELETE /v1/me`) and require confirmed identity. Dream Designs and their concept illustrations are private by default.
